Ex-Federal Chancellor Joins Stadler Board

Stadler Board of Directors has recommended former Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard for election to the Board of Directors

Stadler’s Board of Directors nominates Doris Leuthard and recommends it to the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2020 for election to the Board of Directors. She would be the second woman in the board, which today has eight members.

At the 29th General Assembly of Stadler and at Stadler’s first general assembly as a listed company, former Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard will stand for election to the Board of Directors.

The existing Board of Directors unanimously supports the candidacy of the longtime Minister of Transport and recommends it for election to the General Assembly on 30 April.

“We are very pleased that Doris Leuthard has agreed to join us on the Board of Directors. Thanks to her proven expertise in transport and infrastructure issues, as well as her political experience as a former Federal Councilor.
