Laurent Germain, CEO of Egis, is Appointed Chairman of France-Saudi Arabia Business Council

As part of the France-Saudi Arabia business council, MEDEF International, France’s leading private international business network, leads collective actions to promote French solutions on the Saudi market.

“It is a great honor for me to be appointed Chairman of the France-Saudi Arabia Works Council and it is with conviction and enthusiasm that I will represent, through MEDEF International, the French business community. I am committed to maintaining the excellent commercial relations we have with Saudi Arabia, in particular within the framework of the Vision 2030 investment project, ”declares Laurent Germain.

Laurent Germain began his professional career at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. In 2004, he became advisor to the Minister for Research, Mr. François d’Aubert, in charge of budgetary affairs. In 2005, he became financial director of the National Center for Space Studies (CNES). 

He then also chairs the board of directors of CLS, a subsidiary of CNES. In 2014, he joined Segula Technologies, a global engineering and technology consulting group, as Managing Director. He was appointed CEO of Egis in July 2020. 

A former student of Sciences-Po Paris, Laurent Germain is a graduate of ESSEC (Higher School of Economic and Commercial Sciences) and of the National School of Administration (Class of 2000).
