Nigerian PPP Practitioner, Bashir Maidugu, Appointed Into P3 World Council

P3 World Council has announced the appointment of a Nigerian top PPP practitioner, Mr Bashir Maidugu as a memeber of its Global Advisory Council.

Maidugu will be joining three other world class Practitioners on the council with a global PPP mandate.

P3 World Council’s statement reads as follows:

“P3 World Council is glad to announce its Global Advisory Committee that would be instrumental in driving the vision forward of an inclusive ecosystem and bringing about the cross-pollination of ideas, opportunities, and best practices.

“The committee shall lay the foundation of a better tomorrow through innovation, collaboration & partnerships with an aim to building shared values with all the stakeholders in the ecosystem.

“We call upon global stakeholders to come forward and join us in this journey.

“At P3 World Council, we do not believe in competing but meaningful collaborations that add value to the lives of common people around us.

“As an industry body, P3 World Council looks forward to being the voice of the unspoken and a platform for the unheard thereby strengthening every small & big building block of our society.


“We certainly cannot do this alone and would welcome everyone to come forward and join us in this endeavor”, the statement noted.

Bashir Maidugu was called to the Nigerian Bar twenty eight years ago after graduating from the Universities in Zaria, Maiduguri and the Nigerian Law School Lagos. He has diverse backgrounds in law and strategic studies. He practices as a Solicitor in Nigeria specializing in complex commercial transactions.
He has attended several courses, seminars, Conferences and workshops on Public Private Partnerships and Investment as a speaker in many countries.

Currently, he is also Advising the Borno State Governor on Trade and Investment.
