CPCS congratulates team member Ragheb Aga, recognized in the International Railway Journal’s 2022 inaugural Top 10 under 40 Young Leaders in Rail Awards 2022, which celebrates young professional leaders having an impact in the rail sector.
Ragheb, a transportation management specialist, and nine other outstanding other individuals, were selected based on leadership, vision, innovation and accomplishments. “Your entry really stood out from the more than 100 submissions we received,” said an IRJ representative.
Ragheb entered the transportation industry at Stagecoach, later joining in 2018 the UK-based strategic rail advisory firm First Class Partnerships (FCP), which merged with CPCS in 2020.
At Stagecoach, he successfully managed and delivered three board-approved bids of the company’s rail franchising program. Today, he’s helping the Canadian public transport agency Metrolinx executing multibillion dollar capital infrastructure and transportation projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
